Likewise, ABP or Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitor is a portable device that helps track arterial blood pressure, over a 24-hour period. ABP is used to detect or diagnose conditions including:

  1. Hypertension and Hypotension
  2. Efficacy of BP medication
  3. Cardio-vascular or Cerebro-vascular disorders
  4. Impacts of prescription medication on BP etc.
